Can I cancel my order or return a product?

We aim for you to be completely satisfied with your buying experience. You have the right to terminate (cancel) your purchase contract signed via the Lusa Mater platform, within 14 days from the date of reception of the order. Communication of cancellation of the purchase must be sent by registered letter with recorded delivery.
